What goes Into Planning an Intimate Wedding with Us?

1. Book an Exploratory Call

Using our contact form, please let us know all about your planning journey thus far and how we might be able to partner with you on your intimate occasion.

2. Couple Onboarding

If after our call you feel we are the right planning partners for you (yay!) we will schedule an onboarding call to go through our online planning portal and next steps.

3. Logistics Planning

After onboarding, and depending on what package you select, this phase can include venue research and visitation, budget setting, guest list building, vendor vetting and selection, and more. We will also set a general timeline of events.

4. Custom Design

Depending on the package you select, we can assist with many elements of the design process. First, we host a phone call or virtual meeting where we collect design pertinent information and your preferences. Next, we review your inspiration and put together a Design Plan. This plan includes color story, inspiration images, and rental suggestions. Once we have your approval on the final product, we'll start pulling together all the pertinent elements to make it come to life!

5. Let the Celebration Begin!

On your wedding day everything comes together. All the logistics planning and design that we have partnered with you on will come to fruition. There will be a planning team onsite to execute the timeline, guide vendors, and make sure the day is seamless.
